@pizzahut why are you all asking customers to take cash so they can tip the store personnel when they pick up their order? Have you all stopped paying your staff a fare wage? Service personnel are tipped employees not kitchen staff. Since you all won’t deliver to our address we’re forced to pick up our orders so the service part of the transaction is being done by my wife or I when we go get our food. When you think about it, it’s like the attendant at 7-11 asking for a tip after they ring someone up.

@Uber_Support @uber my account was deactivated at the start of march, then on march 29th I received notice of the deactivation. I could be mistaken but that seems like and FCRA violation. It’s been almost two weeks since I emailed the deactivation email address provided with the notice, and I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve now not been working for an over a month, costing me and my family over $6,000 in lost potential earnings. That’s money I’d use for childcare, food, gas, insurance, housing, clothing, and day-to-day expenses. Please get this fixed! you can plainly see that one of the disqualifying violations is well outside the 3 year window then the tag violation isn’t a moving violation. I understand you only use what information is provided but is everyone so dumb there that they don’t understand a tag violation has nothing to do with safety and that a minor (5-9mph over) speeding violation from 2022 is past your own stated 3 year(36month) look back window? I certainly have explained this to no less than 20 agents, all of whom were less than helpful since they had an elementary understanding of the language they were providing support in. All they could do was read and re-read a pre made response that doesn’t apply to my situation. This all would have been far less frustrating had you all not gotten rid of most of the US based support. Since your shift to off-shore support sites all issues have takes days if not weeks to fix and the service is sup-par at best. I know I’m a driver but if I have to call in multiple time a day for over a week to have an issue properly addressed that mean I’m not giving rides and your support staff is having to work the same issues over and over costing you more money. When the support was US based most issues were addressed and fixed within maybe 30 minutes at most not including wait times. That was it though, we didn’t have to call back multiple times for the same issues causing backups in wait times and customer/worker satisfaction.
