@DillonMartinez Good post Coach. Yeah this is when the cue “stay low” doesn’t work. Needs more extension of the back hip and knee up / toe up on the front leg. Wall drills and sled pushes would be almost an instant fix.

This is a reasonable response, but here’s why… 1. Athletes will save themselves on sprints if they know squats are next in the session 2. We focus on jumping on Lower days. 3. Legs are fresh to squat vs being tired from sprinting. Maximize stimulus.
