Iranian here with a message to the West:
The IRGC and the mullahs have spent decades lecturing Iranian people in schools, media, and mosques that the destruction of the West is inevitable. What do you think all those ballistic missiles and 60%+ uranium enrichment were for?
This regime has built its entire ideology around confronting the West. Many Iranians know this rhetoric well—it’s been repeated for years.
Remember what happened on 9/11, when a small group of extremists with limited resources killed thousands of Americans. Now imagine what a theocratic regime, built on hostility toward the West, might try to do if it ever obtained nuclear weapons.
People outside Iran often underestimate how radical the leadership’s worldview can be. For them, ideology comes before the country itself; the nation and its people are often treated as tools for their religious mission.
That’s why so many Iranians fear what the regime might pursue if it gains even greater destructive capability. May the innocent people remain safe everywhere.
The regime has killed tens of thousands of unarmed civilians in Iran in just 2 days in Jan 2026—including children—while much of the world (mainly the left) stayed silent. Many Iranians feel abandoned by the international community. UN was dead silent and even the Sec Gen congratulated the regime!
Now some voices abroad call for “no war,” but for countless Iranians this isn’t about war—it’s about rescue from a brutal regime they cannot overthrow with empty hands.
People inside Iran have pleaded for the world to pay attention and support their struggle for freedom from the mullahs and the IRGC. For them, removing this regime is not geopolitics—it’s a humanitarian cause.
