BREAKING: Texas just beat Biden again. Another of Biden’s vaccine & mask mandates was just halted by a federal judge in Texas. The Court writes: “It is undisputed that an agency cannot act without Congressional authorization.” That would apply to all of Biden’s orders.

@Daneman99018579 @AdamKinzinger It always has been but I certainly wouldn't want someone to lose their Civil Liberties over vaccines so get sick, don't go to the hospitals but leave hospitals open for those who have been vaccinated.

@AdamKinzinger People are not against the vaccine. They're opposed to the mandates. As with any vaccine, it's their choice.

I’m noticing a trend.

@RepThomasMassie What is the trend? That we are seeing a fast break out of Omicron but if you have received the double vaccination and booster ,you only get a mild case. One death of someone not vaccinated.
