Do you know Arabic, Sarah? This is one of many notices given to the residents of Gaza from Hamas. It instructs those individuals to disregard the warnings of the IDF to vacate certain areas that are being targeted (because they are hosting Hamas leadership or infrastructure). These notices also tell individuals that they should be martyrs for the cause. The IDF actually does three different types of advanced warnings for civilians in the area. The first is they drop flyers, instructing residents what is coming and what to do. The second is reverse phone calls to the building, instructing those inside to vacate immediately. The third is what we call rooftop bombs. These are nonexplosive ammunition that are dropped on the roofs of the buildings, and make a loud bang. These are to warn that the attack is very eminent. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, then don’t talk. Because I’m tired of individuals like yourself, who have no experience with this or any direct knowledge, offering their unsolicited opinion.

Israel only shoots at military targets, but they KNOW they keep those targets in populated areas - so the question is: Why are military targets more important than human life?? Why retaliate like this? Just more murder more bodies more hate. My heart bleeds for all the innocent people killed
