I would describe it as dulling the mental anxiety enough so I could choose to either be anxious or not. Before it was like I'm going to be anxious and I have no choice. L-Theanine helped me a lot when I wanted to feel calm.

I give this product a thumbs up for sure. Was taking that combo but via individual capsules and this made it more economical. Cerno was ahead on NAC and its benefits. Helped me with my OCD/anxiety. As I have explained on innumerable occasions, Muslims like any other group, have nice individuals and not so nice individuals. Hence, I judge individuals based on their unique personhoods. That said, the tenets of Islam are clearly defined. You can decide whether you agree or disagree with them.
