@DebbieCrerar I agree - it was YEARS ago that I was selected. I found it a double reflection on reflection… which was worthwhile and worth celebrating. Wish it wasn’t as time consuming and stressful- but well done for getting there 🥳🤩

As much as this was the most annoyingly laborious task ever, it was actually amazing looking back at everything that I’d done and been involved in. There was loads of stuff that I had completely forgotten about 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️. That being said, I hope I’m not picked again next cycle🤞🏻🤞🏻🤣

I’d go much further, advertising should not be allowed to make factually incorrect statements (it’s normal) or gaslight women (oops moment) in order to sell products. Pads are great, they work and are positive tools for managing symptoms. Treatment is better. #physioworks
