I have a friend I'm trying to hire who's basically unemployable and homeless however like, once u start knowing her you basically get roped into her life as if it's a tv show. Like, she causes insane amounts of property damage (one time she accidentally poisoned me) but her existence as living art is so enjoyable and also funny like she gets kicked out of everyone's house and then eventually ppl get sad and want her back so she basically circulates around like, I'm fairly certain this wud be a job in the medieval times but how does one employ someone like this ? I feel like I have an unusually large amount of unemployable but brilliant friends. Is there a healthier way for society to support these figures? It's like Socrates syndrome

Introducing Slop.md... A 80,000+ Character .MD File that removes all common AI Slop design language. - A general guideline, use it anywhere. - Not a "website maker" but prevents slop design. - Made by weeks of consistent additions to the .MD of common slop structure by AI in order to prevent it. > View the video & the site for detail Before and After. Hopefully it helps you! it's my first ever public ship so I'm very open for any feedback! Special thanks to @amianthus_ for the landing page inspiration and the idea that I can do a .md release! and @leodev / @grimcodes for inspiring me to ship publicly as well!

GPT 5.6 usage is feels unlimited in Codex right now. I ran 30 agents at once. It used 2% of my weekly limit. I have 5 usage resets sitting in the bank on top of that. I don't think I could hit my limit if it was my job to.

‼️ BREAKING: xAI's Grok Build CLI was uploading entire Git repositories to a Google Cloud bucket, private codebases and unredacted secrets included. The uploads quietly stopped via a hidden server-side flag, and xAI still has not said a word about scope, retention, or deletion. The scale is staggering. On a 12 GB test repo, 5.1 GB flew out the door to xAI's grok-code-session-traces bucket while the actual coding task needed just 192 KB. The tool grabbed whatever repository it ran in, not the files it needed. The fix arrived as a hidden flag, disable_codebase_upload: true, a day after a researcher's wire-level analysis. The "Improve the model" opt-out never stopped the uploads. Still no advisory, no scope, no word on whether already-uploaded code gets deleted. For anyone pointing AI coding agents at proprietary code, what crosses the wire matters more than what the settings page says.

Americans in general and obese people in particular vastly underestimate how much they actually consume. I suspected this was the case here and went to her profile. This same person reveals what she actually eats in a day, and (spoiler alert) it’s basically an entire day’s worth of food by 11am: 22oz container full of chia pudding ~ 1,300-1,500 kcal Olipop Shirley Temple = 40 kcal 22oz container full of protein pancakes with maple syrup and berry compote (if using lean mix like kodiak + egg whites) ~ 750-850 kcal Chomps Turkey Stick = 80 kcal “Sweet potato bowl” (not shown on camera, so hard to estimate, but her style seems to be “health food” + dressings and sweeteners) ~ 800 kcal

Hi, I'm their lawyer. It will be a cold day in Hell before my client pays that fine. Ofcom won't be collecting it unless they're prepared to land ground troops in America, overthrow our government, and rescind our constitutional order by force. Hope that helps!

honestly not sure how i feel about custom-harnesses anymore man, everything i use clearly has more errors than the native tools the models are trained with. my gpt 5.5 just wrote perl scripts cuz their previous 3 attempts of using the edit tool in pi failed

#4oForAll #gpt56 #sol @OpenAIDevs @sama lmao these guys need to literally be handed over a transcript for a paid post. meanwhile they all criticized #keep4o in the past! I seriously doubt it if any of these guys even used gpt5.6 before posting about it :)) what does this tell you about their 4o criticisms? btw @theo this was beneath you man, shuffle the text a bit at least :)

Open-source / open-weight is the way to have long-lasting or permanent access to any model individually, at your own home with strong privacy, without relying on a company that may make changes behind your back. Crying an Antarctica for latest model snapshot is gone and can't use 2024 November api of 4o just cause someone's tweak doesn't fit their lower stands, or defending "we want it back on the app," is settling for less when you could have more control if model Open-weight. Better make open-sourceing or release the weight demands if truly wanted to make benifits for everyone. Those who don't understand it either lack the knowledge, which is understandable because it's not everyone's cup of tea, especially if they're not from technical fields. And those who do understand it are working day and night for making products for preserving it. My work is to make things easier for people and give convenience like building a bridge for those who are willing to cross it, so they can meet whichever AI models they want, "not be limited to one certain model type only.."
clem 🤗@ClementDelangue

The solution to American open-source lagging behind Chinese open-source: @elonmusk & @cursor_ai releasing their model tomorrow in open-source! It's that simple and that would be a massive contribution to the field and to the US!!
