Just so I’m clear, if Palestine was an Arab state like so many falsely claim it was, this newspaper title should say “Arabs invade themselves.” Unless Palestine was Israel and this was the beginning of the war of independence when the Arab nations attacked the Jews instead of accepting the state they were given by the UN in the partition plan. I can’t stay quiet when Byron does this. His actions simply don’t match his words. I met with him in person and laid out the fallout from the DoD mandate, including data confirmed by the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, the House Armed Services Committee, the Chief of Naval Operations, and the Navy Inspector General. He showed no interest. In front of others, he told me to “get it to Speaker Johnson” because there was nothing he could do. There was no follow-up, neither from him nor his aide. Others at least go through the motions and pretend to engage. Byron didn’t even do that. Then, this year, he had the audacity to show up at our friend’s ceremony while actively campaigning. That’s what makes this especially infuriating: she received a specialized cardiac service dog after a confirmed and documented COVID shot injury at 21 while serving in the Army, three heart attacks, a pacemaker, and ongoing complications. Do you have anything more to say, Byron? It’s not possible to take any of this seriously when the same people who dismiss these issues show up when it’s politically convenient.
