@intelliot To mine 1 BTC you need to calculate 365*24*5(miners)*3,3(power consumption) and not based on local price of kWh. S19 mining output is around 33 dollars with 80 kwh, so per kWh consumed for mining is creating a value of 0,30 cent per KWh...

@intelliot In the other hand, to mine 1 BTC with price 0, 05 per kWh you will need 5x S19 (550 Th/s) with 29,5 watt per Th/s equals to 7,000 usd power cost annual & miners cost with 20k in average. So the real cost to mine 1 BTC is around 27k dollars...

The electricity consumed to mine 1 bitcoin is, and always will be, approximately equal to the price of 1 bitcoin. A relatively low cost would be $0.05 per kWh, so at $52,000, the electricity consumed to mine 1 BTC is about 1,040,000 kWh.
