With @LiberalAus and @OneNationAus both promising to reinstate sex in the Sex Discrimination Act the issue of women’s sex based rights has (finally) gone mainstream in Australia. The timing of the Liberals announcement is confirmation of the suspicion many of us had that politicians expected @salltweets to carry the burden of challenging the SDA alone as a private citizen, so they didn’t have to get their rainbow donors offside. It’s only now that she failed to overturn this madness that the Libs are realising they have to step in. It was an unfair burden for Sall to carry, yet it’s because of her persistence and tenacity that this issue is now a leading issue heading in to both the Victorian state election and the federal election in 2028. Sall (and all the TERFs who amplified her) should be very proud that persistence against insurmountable odds is finally paying off.

🚨BREAKING 🚨 The courageous Sall Grover @salltweets has just been ordered to pay $20,000 compensation + additional legal costs of up to $100,000, as punishment for knowing that men are not women. Jason 'Roxy' Tickle, seen in the video below, has been harassing Grover for five years. The lawsuit he filed against her was based on his claim that he was discriminated against for being denied access to a women-only forum found on the app Grover developed, called Giggle. This has resulted in Australia's legal test case for whether or not "gender identity" should supersede, and thus erase, women's rights. Today we learned that the courts of Australia prioritize the feelings of men who claim to be women over the reality of actual women. Main Appeal Costs: Grover must pay the respondent's (Tickle's) costs for the appeal up to a maximum of $50,000. Cross-Appeal Costs: Grover must also pay the cross-appellants' (Tickle's) costs for the cross-appeal, up to a maximum of $50,000. When reading out the decision, Justice Melissa Perry said, "Ms Sally Grover and Giggle for Girls Proprietary Limited, engaged in unlawful direct discrimination against the respondent, Ms Roxanne Tickle, on the ground of her gender identity... ... thereby treating Ms Tickle, who is a transgender woman, less favourably than a woman designated female at birth, seeking access to the Giggle app... The appellants are to pay to the respondent a sum of $20,000 within 60 days." "...The appellants [must] pay the respondents' costs of the appeal up to a maximum of $50,000... The cross-respondents pay the cross-appellants' costs of the cross-appeal, as agreed or assessed, up to a maximum of $50,000." Tickle, the man who initiated the complaint, has been playing on a field hockey team for females - where he has said the youngest player is 15 - while also sharing photos of himself using the women's change room. On his personal Instagram account, Tickle has also shared photos of his underwear and dilators, jokes about sex toys, and as well has posted several cartoons drawn by a Canadian transgender diaper fetishist. The transgender movement enables the worst and most perverse men to utilize the law in order to terrorize women who oppose their displays of public fetishism and voyeurism. The demands of men such as Tickle, men with sexual pathologies, are taken seriously by the courts while women who oppose them are publicly slandered. The hand winging by Liberal politicians in the aftermath of the Giggle v. Tickle decision is turning my stomach. What did they think was going to happen? Why wait until after the decision to make their thoughts on the law known? Why haven't they been as vocal in their criticisms as TERFs have? We've all seen this coming - and it's obvious to everybody now that they were just as aware as the rest of us of Sall Grover's legal fight and the ramifications all along. But they've been ignoring it. They've been ignoring our protests, pamphlets, picketing and public speaking. They've been cowardly hoping the courts would see sense and they could carry on as though the threat to women's rights and children's safeguarding isn't real. They've been content to allow one woman to carry the weight of this momentous injustice and try to restore sanity despite the bad laws or legislators (them) have forced on us. We've been telling them all along the courts are not the answer. They are. They have the power to formulate policy, sell it to the Australian people and campaign on the important issue of women's rights. They have the power to make the dangers of the transification of our society known to all Australians. They Liberal Party should have done all in its power to reverse this destruction of women's rights, child safeguarding and social cohesion. I hold them in contempt. They are responsible and they actively ignored the issue. I have personally written letters and emails to every Liberal MP and Senator on this issue. I have stood up in @LiberalAus meetings and made the case for them to formulate a policy that would restore women's rights and protect our children from the horror of Trans. And they've ignored me and hundreds more who have done the same. They've ignored many thousands of women who have actively and at great risk bright this issue into public consciousness. They've ignored Sall Grover. Yet they have the hide to come out and commiserate with women now in the aftermath of the most devastating blow to women's rights in Australia's history? Our rights have ended with this ruling, and they have sat back - fully informed and with the power of their elected positions - and done absolutely nothing. Their words are hollow and their inaction contemptible. Take responsibility. Both for the existence of the laws that made this possible, and for fully restoring women's rights in Australia.

The Full Federal Court has handed down its judgement in Giggle v Tickle. In a shock to women across the country - Sall Grover not only lost her appeal, the Court set aside the original finding of indirect discrimination and replaced it with direct discrimination, upholding Tickle's cross-appeal. The damages were doubled from $10,000 to $20,000. It’s important to note the Court expressly said it was only applying the Sex Discrimination Act as it is written- it is "not empowered to give effect to its own view" about whether that law is desirable. In 2013, @JuliaGillard’s @AustralianLabor government amended the Sex Discrimination Act- stripping the meaning out of "man" and "woman" and adding gender identity as a protected attribute to be pitted against biological sex. Today's outcome is proof of what those amendments have done: women are left with no meaningful rights or recognition under the Sex Discrimination Act - a bitter irony, given that protecting women was the very purpose of the Act under our commitment to CEDAW. In my opinion, this is a verdict on the law, not on Sall. The judges found that the law - as that government amended it - left them no other conclusion. These amendments must be repealed. The Sex Discrimination Act must once again recognise biological reality and protect women's right to single-sex spaces. "Grooming gangs" in Austria. Arabs in Austria established the same system of underage sex slavery as the UK. (Why wouldn't they?) Many do not survive. - In 2025, seven minors died of drug overdoses in Vienna alone. - In recent weeks, three girls aged between 13 and 16 have died in Innsbruck alone as a result of drug use. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Dozens of cases of near deaths of young Austrian girls related to drugs. A victim described how it works: Austrian girls are "recruited" in smaller towns and hooked on drugs. In Vienna it is already hard to find indigenous girls outside gated communities, so the foreign rape gangs scavenge the country. When the girl is enslaved, a handler brings her to Vienna, where they have rented several flats. The girls, as young as 12, are drugged and raped systematically by Arabs. When their health starts to crumble, they are brought back to smaller towns to recover for a while, only to be recycled. Sometimes they die. The Arab handlers don't want that. It creates hassle with the police and costs them money. So for every dead slave girl there are probably hundreds more who live in endless horror in Arab rape dungeons in the middle of Austria. The cases have been covered up for years. No investigations, no official numbers. But the bomb is about to explode. There will be, and there must be, a reckoning like in the UK. I will not stay silent on the issue.

As a DClinPsych and certified expert witness in child protection, I have no hesitation in saying that the 'Naked Bike Ride' constitutes a flagrant act of child sexual abuse. The Naked Bike Ride is also a severe boundary violation that affects every man, woman and child, who has not consented to see another person's exposed genitals. The Naked Bike Ride should not be allowed to happen in London, in Brighton, or anywhere in the civilised world. And, if it does, its organisers and participants should be arrested for public indecency. These creeps went up my local High Street last year. It was the last thing I expected to see as I was innocently going about my business of a Saturday morning. For a child, for a victim of abuse, for religious women, (or for anyone normal), this event can cause lasting psychological damage. The Naked Bike Ride isn't 'fun'. It isn't innocent. A man from Manchester who sexually assaulted three female students in one morning has died in prison. 🤷‍♀️ Akiel Flemming, 25, targeted his victims during Freshers’ Week at the University of Wolverhampton in 2016. After roaming the halls of residence, he raped an undergraduate and sexually assaulted another after sneaking into her room. He also targeted a third woman who was asleep alongside her boyfriend at around 5am, Flemming received a 16 year jail sentence and was placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life at Wolverhampton Crown Court in June 2017. On Wednesday 22nd April, the now 35-year-old was revealed to have died at HMP Wakefield Prison. Oh dear
