@ChrisJacksonSC I am not unwilling try it, nor too biased to like it. From what I have tried personally (Texas, KC, Memphis) Texas & KC are generally on the same level and it comes down to preference, and Memphis is a small notch below.

If you’re not from SC and are criticizing this I will say a prayer for you for not getting to enjoy a proper plate of bbq. Bless your heart.
Texas has brisket.
Memphis has ribs.
South Carolina and South Carolina only has hash. You won’t find a plate of real hash outside of SC.
