The Democrats made the decision that losing the election was worth it for a couple more months of this:

Israel faces a deadline next week to improve access to humanitarian aid to Gaza or face suspension of US military assistance, which would be the first time that Biden has actually enforced US laws that condition military aid. Better late than never. trib.al/G7tWX98

@FitFounder Can you please share how trap bar is safer for back than deadlift? Is it because we have to half squat to lift it? Thanks!
English

2. Less back squats & conventional deadlifts.
As you get older the greater the risk you incur by doing exercises that involve your lower back.
I've replaced these with Bulgarian split squats, trap bar deadlifts & hip thrusts.

I stopped doing squats & deadlifts due to surfing. So I've turned to these... #1 Hip Thrust #2 Bulgarian Split squat Both work similar movements & put less pressure on the spine. Squats & deadlifts are great to have but they are not mandatory. Do what works for you.

Images of "bestiality, brutality and eternal shame" - indeed. Every day since 390 days, in the most extreme form.
UN Special Rapporteur on the right to housing@adequatehousing
These images are seared into our collective consciousness as a symbol of bestiality, brutality and eternal shame. Hundreds of Palestinian men stripped naked in the middle of rubble in Jabalya. When and how will this end? Where is humanity?

There are many ways in which Israel is destroying the Palestinians in Gaza. Creating unsustainable and inhumane conditions of life is the most complex and cruel.
Do not call it "war". It is a genocide. The motives are irrelevant. The intent (ie the determination) to destroy is evident and unequivocal. As unequivocal is the complicity of others states.
