View above my head seated on a @British_Airways aircraft from London - Mumbai. I don't mind an old aircraft but there is zero excuse for the air vents being full of dust and filth. We pay ridiculous prices for air travel and this is what we get?

I was so lucky to be able to have Danny Kahneman as a best friend and collaborator for decades. He usually ended our conversations with "to be continued..." but I now have to simulate his part which is impossible. My favorite image of us "working".

@PoorviIyer IAs a Polish academic, I am terribly sorry that you were treated this way. Unfortunately, the visa granting system under the current right-wing government is a mess. I hope this will not discourage you from our country and you will decide to visit it again someday.
