@GWRHelp I understand that it's been a difficult day for everyone. However I would just like to pass on that if you cancel a train try and pop a 10 car on for the extra customers However I completely get this is not always possible.

@GWRHelp 1L26 is full and standing all through the train. Passengers are starting to fall ill in this 5 car train. Please get people of at Swindon. We can not reach the train manager either.

Is the Elizabeth line actually running into Paddington @tfl? Because Im stuck on a train in Reading and trying to figure out alternative routes.

@TfL I appreciate that but there is no point in me getting off the GWR train and trying to get on the Elizabeth line if that's also not moving currently

@sainsburys do better. This is in Newport, S.Wales. The worst thing was, the Siopa Mwy was spelled correctly. Slopa is not the Welsh word for Shops.

@virginmedia You did not contact me at all, neither by phone or email. Very poor. I finally got it resolved at the beginning of March. You even admitted on the phone you were at fault and it still took 6 weeks to resolve.
