@RumRose451000 @fredcantu Not really. The issue isn’t is entering the country without proper authorization illegal. Of course it is. But is it a crime? In many cases it is not. A civil violation is not a criminal violation.

@greg_price11 Human migration in search of safety and a better life is NOT criminal behavior. Early Americans didn't move here because everything was going great in Europe. Under US law, immigration violations are generally considered civil offenses, not crimes.
