The average daily supply for the month was approximately 12 hours and 18 minutes — well below the expected minimum of 16 hours per day for Band B customers. This April 2025 report further shows that you have consistently underserved us since October 2024. In the coming days, we will share the full-year summary and highlight how you have shortchanged us throughout 2025. Even now, it would take a miracle for you to meet December 2025's minimum average, based on the logs collected so far. In conclusion, we expect you to fulfil your responsibility and provide the service we are being charged for. Continued failure to meet the minimum requirement can also be likened to energy theft from us, your consumers.
