Dear Sir, While work stopped by association , the respective person told that work is being done by BMC. While asked about the documents from BMC, they fled with JCB. This is the road of Deendayal Bhawan (constructed by BDA) but due to some technical issues, boundary not done.

Ashamed of the two opposition parties in #Odisha Two days back the Cabinet decided to increase the stamp duty for registration of low value flats, which will directly impact affordability of the affordable housing schemes. Both @bjd_odisha and @INCOdisha are clueless @Naveen_Odisha @BhaktaCharanDas about the development. @narendramodi @RahulGandhi A pro poor government should charge 1% as the stamp duty for apartments costing less than 45 lakhs. Instead of that @MohanMOdisha govt. has increased it from 3% to 5%. Rather the government should abolish the practice of "no-registration" of apartments in the land owners share in a real estate project. Under which law those land owners share apartments are (1)not being registered? (2)no stamp duty is collected? @sureshkpujari Remember about 20% of the entire apartments constructed in Odisha are land owners share which never get registered, thus the Government loses HUGE revenue. @arvindpadhee @ushapadhee1996 @_anugarg

A property cannot remain unauthorised, either it will be regularised as per law OR it will be demolished. (Have a look at the Supreme Court's proceeding on demolition: link 👇) youtube.com/shorts/WwyTKrx… @HUDDeptOdisha What about, ❓Set back violations ❓Plan approved for 70 units but 77 units constructed by the builder, Sub-registrar accepted sale deed of 77, BMC collecting holding tax for 77? ❓Plan approved by authorities without the power to approve plans ❓ Constructions without any plan approval How @TPCentralOdisha connected electricity to such unauthorised buildings⁉️ Why commercial establishments running in units approved for residential use without conversation ⁉️ The recent demolition of 14000 shops in 860 properties of Central Market, Meerut and the strict orders in these matters by the supreme Court should be a wake up call for all. Remember: the original case of Meerut Demolition is against the State of Odisha. @ushapadhee1996 @ChanchalRanaIAS soon the state of #Odisha will be under scrutiny.

Dear @UCleanIndia your Bhubaneswar Saheed Nagar unit is one of the worst in India. Given a sherwani for dry clean and they charged Rs 800/- but they simply washed it in washing machine and handed me back in damaged condition. Never to visit again 😞😡

SURVEY residential properties used for commercial use regarding: (as per the direction of the Supreme Court) If you are serious about the Supreme Court's direction, 1) Ask TPCODL regarding commercial connections along with address. 2) Ask BMC to give details of Trade license issued with address. 3) Ask Drug controller for their data related to licenses issued along with address. 4) Ask planning branch of BDA and BMC to furnish the data of change of conversion applications and permission in areas under the BMC. 5) Create a format to collect data and collect data from door to door. If done the right way, data will be received simultaneously which can be integrated by the IT team. IMPORTANT: 🅰️You may consult the Election authority for guidance to collect data. 🅱️The field survey may also ask for plan approvals and Occupancy Certificate (you will be needing that very soon) status (specially in case of multi unit properties) An intervention application is being filed by a consumer group requesting the Apex Court to submit data of 500 odd properties, data of which has been collected from different parts of the BMC area. @MayorofBBSR @bmcbbsr @ChanchalRanaIAS @ushapadhee1996

@MayorofBBSR The survey of commercial use in residential properties is under the scanner of the Supreme court. Delhi has initiated the survey process (copy attached). When will @bmcbbsr start? Remember, the next date of hearing in the Supreme Court is 20.5.2026. @ChanchalRanaIAS for your reference order of the Apex court is attached. @TPCentralOdisha connecting commercial electric connections in residential properties, BMC issuing Trade Licenses and Commercial activities without Plan approvals/Occupancy Certificate/Fire clearance are also discussed in various cases and the noose is tightening. NOTE: in another case in the Supreme Court (Cont(C) 595/2025, Bimalendu Pradhan vs State of Odisha) in which Meerut, UP matter was tagged after intervention application, 14000 shops in 860 residential housed have already been sealed/demolished in the Central Market, Meerut due to violation of setback rules as well as commercial activities in Residential properties and unauthorised constructions.
