Human Resource Development and Welfare Initiatives During the ongoing Army Commanders Conference #ACC, senior hierarchy of the #IndianArmy received updates from several key directorates and organisations, including Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO), Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV), Ceremonial and Welfare Directorate, Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS), Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) and Army Group Insurance Fund (AGIF). Each establishment shared insights into various initiatives aimed to enhance the welfare of serving as well as veteran community. An interaction with members of Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) of AGIF was also carried out, wherein effect of current geo-economics and market conditions were discussed in detail for evolving the AGIF investment strategy.
