@slicebank Pathetic customer support! I made 3 calls in the 2 days and all 3 agents gave a diff reason for my issue! One of the agent even gave me an email id customercare@slice.bank.in and now another is saying we've not got any mail! Forced me to download the app FYI-@RBI

@ACKOIndia Sharing my experience while reneweing car insurance. Had ~5 calls with ur team and the ONLY thing I asked was "Detailed TnC document for base policy and add-ons" I havent got it yet and on top of it and on my last call ur agent was plain rude! Are you hiding something?

@jagograhakjago is that something you can look into since its daylight robbery. They are hiding behind the fact "prices vary daily" but I have observed this twice already that they change prices after paying for membership

Looks like unethical dark patterns have creeped into @_countrydelight app too. Everyone BEWARE before buying thei membership. The discounts will decrease after you buy their membership (irony!) Had Pathetic experience with their support explaining the core issue "loss of trust"

@airtelindia Absolutely pathetic experience with your support. Has a simple query to get an invoice of the recent recharge that I did, but to my surprise neither your app had that functionality working nor your chatbot. And when I contacted customer care those guys were clueless
