(1/2) IRCC cannot guarantee that students will receive a final decision on their application before the fall 2021 semester begins. Students who do not receive their study permit approval before the fall semester will be able to start their classes online outside Canada.

@CitImmCanada Today is 30th July 2021. On 30th July 2020 I lodge my student visa file. It's been a year. It's very Sad that @ircc is taking so much time to finalize the application. It break my heart that students getting visa in 10 days and I am waiting from a year. #SPEEDUPQUEBECPROCESS
