@ScottDKushner The fact that the hornets colored seats stay is concerning. Most of the upgrades are for premium level which has revived any and all upgrades in the past 15 years

This certainly looks like a big upgrade and an investment in the Pelicans. But even if they do everything here, Smoothie King Center will still be a bottom-rung arena in the NBA and it won’t be long until it’s the league’s worst again. A lot of fundamental issues unaddressed.

Some people are wanting a brand new stadium and it’s just not realistic I personally love the proposed plan & think this outdoor space outside of the arena has a ton of potential. You can’t beat the location of the SKC. Just needs an update & the wheels are finally in motion

Once again they fail to include the upper deck. Who cares about the suites? They are already nicer than anything else. Consider the fans who are loyal to this team not the one game suite groups. It’s time to redo all of the seats and fix the food options in both venues

@ProPelsTalk I agree, I’d look at entrances too. We do not need more balcony viewing areas in the upper decks and nothing on the floor level needs more attention until you address th lower bowl concourse and the upper level concourse

See this is where commenting on a situation can be detrimental to the groups understanding. LSU baseball gets a very small share of revenue share, most of it goes to Football, MBB, and WBB. Jay has said on the record he would like a bigger piece of that pie. Not saying that NIL deals don’t help with this but rev share is an area where LSU is in the middle of the pack for the SEC.

@BalconyBengals Johnny Manziel went 0-2 against LSU at Texas A&M. Aggies lost 19-24 in 2012 (Kyle Field) and 10-34 in 2013 (Tiger Stadium). LSU's D had his number both times—3 INTs in the first, season-worst stats in the second. Gig 'em indeed.
