@thelukadoncic It was a half assed concept. Tim Seeley never even really finished it and then in Batgirl and the Birds of Prey (2016) seemingly retcons his idea for a mixed Helena because it introduces her parents as Italian-Americans named Franco and Maria.

Everyone’s rightfully pointing out how he reveals that he thinks Thor needing to be worthy is a thing in Norse mythology and these games. I’m more so fascinated by the concept that Thor was worthy enough to wield it when he was an alcoholic child abuser.

If the God of War Laufey game was instead about Thor post Ragnarok finding his worthiness again to wield Mjolnir & coming to terms with his failure & issues with Odin & he fought other gods & eventually became the Thunder god again I would be throwing money at the screen. And you would call it God of Thunder & its its own spin off & Thor is fighting the Tibetan gods & such, yeah that would be a day one for me

I think retconning John Stewart as a military vet INSTEAD OF an architect, comes from either a place of respectability politics (ie Black folks in police, military) and/or not thinking a Black architect is realistic. Either way, Green Lantern as an architect is more intriguing

@Jackrabbit8905 @AdnaanJnr That's just one aspect of her powers which viewers were led to believe was her main power. Her main power is actually revealed to be Biokinesis which lets her manipulate living organisms and their composition. She could basically tell someone's organs to stop working.

It's tiresome to have to keep saying this but Hulk is a manifestation of Bruce's trauma turning him into what he sees as a monster while Jen doesn't have that trauma so she turns into what she sees as the most physically perfect woman.

@LexiTalksComix This isn’t her having different or more powers just using them in different ways. She herself said others could do it they tried. Old guy is an alternate uncle Ben who got spider powers.

Mayday having more powers than Peter, Ben, and Kaine is a really cool idea that I think makes a lot of sense, since her powers are an innate part of her biology, whilst Peter is just a normal human whose DNA was altered after the spider bite.

Her durability is enhanced but more so like Spider-Man’s meaning she can take a lot of kinetic force/energy but still get shot and stabbed. She also has a healing factor which helps.
