24 Hours of Art: Today's Mint Explained What? 366 tokens (each receiving a unique day of 2024) When? 2:00pm ET Where? @TransientLabs (link in second tweet) How? - Public sale - 0.24 ETH per token Why? 24 Hours of Art is a daily, independent and unbiased report on the digital art medium and marketplace on blockchain. The feedback from those who have seen value in its standard and vision has been thrilling. This is the right moment for 24 Hours to enter the blockchains and medium it covers and open a door to the digital ownership it strongly believes in. What makes it the right moment? Three things: 1. Technical Innovation: The vision of this year-long 2024 endeavor needed the strongest of technical partners: Transient Labs. They are unlocking major features - the ERC-7160 token and Story Inscriptions - as well as ensuring fundamentals - e.g. trusted randomization - are covered. 2. Information and Collaboration Collaboration is at the heart of Web3. We wanted to find a pathway down which the core report stays unbiased, while others are invited to participate. Token Holders: - Can Story Inscribe on each report of 2024, allowing contextual blockchain additions from artists, collectors, galleries, platforms, and more perspectives - Receive gated, art-focused Telegram entry in 2024 - Access upgraded reports, weekly wrap-up shows, and monthly macro recaps via that TG 3. Art The conceptual statement of the collection is bringing it full circle. Art becomes data. Data becomes art. The public ledger based system of digital art ownership and its marketplace have unlocked massive opportunities and growing respect for digital creators. For all of its challenges - there are many - we believe that is undeniable. Each token has (at least) 3 stages: - Blank canvas token with a 2024 date - 1/1/366 ART collection, the hybridization of art and data, delivered after the date happens - 1/1/366 artwork collection, based on the days and year we experience together, delivered after the year concludes Using Transient Labs ERC-7610 token, each of these stages can be added. The metadata of a stage can never be changed once you have it. You can always toggle among the stages themselves. Tell Me More About The Art! The 1/1/366 ART collection is created by @artifex_project, spearheaded by the wizardry of @justinwetch. Months of effort and iteration have gone into the design itself. - A day's data is analyzed and applied to parameters, generating the day's token in Houdini - Texture is applied by sampling, pixel sorting, and parametrically diffusing the day's artwork highlights - Traits are created semi-procedurally/semi-generatively in Houdini - From a source mesh of about 10 million polygons, the token is rendered in Vray in 4k resolution Details of the 1/1/366 artwork collection to climatically conclude the year is undisclosed but will be disclosed upon release. We reserve the right to exercise optionality and add additive chapters to the art story! Provably Random Transient fundamentals. Proof of a token's random date assignment: bcd95fa4b178f5166d66664cac019abca5cfee106509d0b3368856f299bb9a2b This sha256 hash was generated with an object array containing all token IDs for the mint and their randomly assigned day of the year for 2024. Closing Thoughts In our perfect world, this token group consists of those driving the digital art medium and marketplace into its future. The release has its complexities. The mission is simple: deliver art and information at a high level, unlock the collaborative layer, and leave the door open for unknowable magic that we create together. Let's tell one hell of a story about art!

@ArtOnBlockchain Snowfro is taking no profit from the project, with the hope the print edition will allow the broadest possible audience to enjoy Chromie Squiggles with a high quality physical representation.

🚨There are no links in this post. Please be weary of impersonators. The project will not go live until next week and anything stating otherwise is a scam. 🚨 TLDR: On August 24th I’m releasing an inclusive edition generative project called Heart + Craft, in collaboration with @JordanLyall, on @ProhibitionArt, priced at 0.01 ETH. Heart+Craft represents a lot to me. It represents an artistic style and medium that I have expressed since 2014. It represents my present curiosity towards demonstrating value for NFTs beyond scarcity, FOMO, and promise of future value utility. And it represents my vision of a digital optional / physical optional future that I believe can be appealing to a broader consumer audience. Heart + Craft illustrates the potential of art and creativity driven generative goods. On the surface, Heart + Craft is a colorful generative artwork that illustrates my eternal love of gradients, contained in the shape of a heart. There are seemingly unlimited possible combinations of colors and blocks that make up each (Zelda inspired) heart container. But beyond the digital object there is potentially also a physical object, and whether you value the digital or the physical more is entirely up to you. Similar to the concept behind the Friendship Bracelets project, created alongside @MacTuitui, each Heart + Craft iteration contains detailed instructions for producing a physical analogue. And similar to the bracelets, the value of the digital is not diminished if it is ever separated from its physical counterpart. With this project I’m particularly excited about a lot of things including: The intent that rarity is mostly a function of the complexity of assembling the physical sculpture. The idea that this project could inspire people to take a break from our increasingly digital world, diverting attention to making something tangible that lives in their physical space. The opportunity to spread love and good vibes with a relaxing experience, like building a puzzle, that can lead to personal satisfaction while contributing to a more positive and colorful world. The ability to explore new distribution mechanisms for our digital objects via inclusive editions such as developing kits that come with cubes, paint, glue, and the digital ownership certificate all in a beautiful box. Creating goods where digital objects can inspire a love for craft, and a craft that can catalyze curiosity and foster education for digital objects. Offering a low cost and disarming entry point for new consumers into our space through a project that can be enjoyed as a family, or be gifted to tech/art curious friends, clients, and coworkers. Having another opportunity to perpetuate the beautiful spirit of charitable giving culture that occupies our space by donating a portion of the proceeds in support of the arts. Huge shoutout to Jordan and the @venture_punk team for working with me in bringing this idea to life, the @artblocks_io team and @ArtBlocksEngine for building and supporting the technology empowering a #1of1ofx future, all of the collectors who have instilled the confidence in me to put something like this into the world, and the artists that have played such a huge role in elevating the generative medium. And to my wife, who not only inspires me to put myself out there, but supported this insane journey along with friends and family. I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a long time . Hope you like it and make time to touch some paint here soon. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

During Friday's show, @tonyherrera posed a question to the group: If you owned a @tylerxhobbs Fidenza digitally, would you leave the physical unprinted? 🤔 Tune into this week's 100 PROOF Live tomorrow at 10AM PT/1PM ET!
