@GruessGott2018 There is some interesting evidence for the Resurrection in the Shroud of Turin. Do check out this video: youtu.be/OElbxDPsqpw?si…

@task_fortress We Catholics need to learn to be “meek and gentle of heart” like the good Lord (Matt 11:29). We are also called to proclaim the faith “with gentleness and reverence.” (1 Pet 3:15)

@ChrissieMayr It’s a small price to pay to belong to the Lord’s Church. Welcome home!

@elonmusk @TheRabbitHole Don’t be a bystander, come in and join the family of believers..

@Truth_matters20 Wow, it’s amazing how you can look into the Pope’s heart and receive a supernatural insight that his heart is far from God!

@Stand4Unborn @garrettham_esq @StuReciprocity @ATradCatholic My point is that a person can be in grace at one time and then lose that grace subsequently (see 1 Cor 15:1-2; 2 Cor 6:1). Scripture clearly teaches the need to persevere until the end to be saved (Matt 10:22; Matt 24:13; Mark 13:13; Luke 21:19; Eph 6:18; 2 Tim 2:12; Heb 12:1).
English

@garrettham_esq @ProBono28 @StuReciprocity @ATradCatholic It’s true.
John 2:19 states, "They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us".
English

@Stand4Unborn @StuReciprocity @garrettham_esq @ATradCatholic How then does anybody know, before the abandonment happens, whether he or she is a “true saved believer” or a “false saved believer”?
English

@ProBono28 @StuReciprocity @garrettham_esq @ATradCatholic Saved believers have been transformed by God and will never abandon the Lord. Those who walk away never were saved.
English

@Stand4Unborn @HebertD26819 @ATradCatholic That is not true. The Catholic Church teaches that there is grace within non-Catholic Churches although there are deficiencies within those churches (due to error in doctrine and rejection of many sacraments). As stated in CCC 817-819, you are regarded as a “separated brethren”.
English

@ProBono28 @HebertD26819 @ATradCatholic The problem is that Roman Catholics don’t believe we are saved and therefore do I believe we are brothers and sisters in Christ.

@shelovesore There’s a great answer in the following article. God bless! catholic.com/magazine/blog/…

@johnamonaco There’s a great video by Joe Heschmeyer which demonstrates that liberal / “progressive” (what progress?) clergy are getting fewer and fewer: youtu.be/08-8mSiEF38?si…

Progressive Catholics treat Catholicism like an elite club where you’re supposed to wink and nod your way through all Church teachings.
Then they see Catholic converts who actually *believe* what the Church teaches, and they panic, for they know no one converts for their brand.

A wave of new Catholics is coming this Easter. Not all for the right reasons. religionnews.com/2026/04/03/a-w…

@Taylor_A_Eaton Brother, if you want to engage our teachings fairly, please reach out to any of us Catholics. God bless!
English

@kangminlee Don’t take anybody’s word for it. Read the Early Church Fathers and see for yourself what Clement of Rome, Ignatius of Antioch, Polycarp, Irenaeus of Lyons, Justin Martyr et al believed.
English

Here’s why I am disillusioned with modern evangelicalism.
Evangelicalism has failed to appeal to tradition, like the Apostle Paul has commanded us to do.
In 2 Thessalonians 2:15, the Apostle Paul says “So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.”
However, many Evangelical Churches have disregarded or even object to historic Christian tradition in pursuit of what they deem to be more enlightening in the modern age. It’s just liberalism infecting the Church.
I want to worship Christ with the faith of the apostles.
English

@Stand4Unborn @HebertD26819 @ATradCatholic There are obvious differences but let us dialogue as brothers and sisters in Christ (not as enemies).
English

@HebertD26819 @ATradCatholic You are right. I should not have tried to get a rise out of Roman Catholics. My intent was to open dialogue. It’s a method I use to learn more about others beliefs, but I could have done it more tactfully.
English

@Stand4Unborn @StuReciprocity @garrettham_esq @ATradCatholic Brother, God will not abandon you - but YOU can abandon God through grave sin. There are so many scriptural passages that say that. For example, read Matt 25:31-46.
English

@StuReciprocity @garrettham_esq @ATradCatholic Scripture says “I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.”
It also says “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast.”
English

@hillbillythings No, we don’t want them to “seethe”. We want them to SEE THE truth and enter the Catholic Church, which is founded by the good Lord.
English

@FrankArbitrage @fundstrat Sorry I’m not American. What does “I’m freaked” mean? Does it mean “I’m crazy”?

Today is Good Friday
Today is the day Jesus died for our sins, to save us
Matthew 27:45-46
“Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land until the ninth hour. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” that is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
