This is the complete truth. HBO had the real ending. And now he doesn’t know what to do with himself because it’s been so universally panned. And I also agree with you that he’s spiteful toward his audience, in large part because he KNOWS that this story wants to and needs to have a heroic ending. He just can’t allow it because he’s a nihilistic, deconstructionist boomer.

My theory is his pathological need to not have any heroes (even girl heroes) made him approve the show ending based on his book outline. The reaction to the ending he wanted broke him in a way that his ego can't handle. Now he can't write a new ending because he is so set on denying the audience any ending they desire or expect that he can never finish. Mostly because any other ending would probably make someone happy. His books have always been about being spectacular not making you happy.

My eyes well with tears and I get deeply saddened at the realization that George will let HBOs sh!tshow of an ending be the only ending we will ever know to Game Of Thrones. Bastard

This investigation led to his wife, Kendra's, arrest and the removal of their children. Prison phone calls reveal Kendra and the entire Duggar family are standing with Joseph, and they all seem to think God is on their side against what they view as attack by the enemy. No acknowledgement of the seriousness of his crime and what it's done to his family. Joseph Duggar pled not guilty. And Joseph and Kendra are kicking her family out of the home they gifted them in retaliation for turning him in.
