Some good news: You've heard the federal bill only guarantees Covid19 *testing* will be free, not treatment. Well NY has fixed that. Emergency Medicaid will cover testing, evaluation AND treatment--including for undocumented. Great advocacy by @DickGottfried & @NYSenatorRivera.
