@ProsectorPath

When I'm not taking things apart and not putting them back together again, I'm writing, reading, taking photos, or wrangling animals.

🚨BREAKING: DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin is taking a noticeably more measured approach to immigration enforcement than his predecessor. Mullin has paused plans for large-scale detention warehouse construction and is considering reductions in CBP staffing at airports located in sanctuary jurisdictions. Regarding ICE operations during the upcoming World Cup, Mullin stated: “We’re not there to go round up mass individuals, but we are always looking for the worst of the worst.” This reflects a shift toward prioritizing high-priority targets while dialing back some of the more aggressive infrastructure and staffing moves.

@Notwokenow Not being reductive at all, but we're all dealing with some kind of challenge, disappointment, or loss. Some people are better at hiding it than others, but it's there. Keep going.

Ya know, you try not to be scared. Try not to feel negative. Try not to cry all the damn time. Keep trying and trying…… And then another hit. It’s exhausting.

@midwestern_ope The single-lane ones aren't terrible, it's the wider ones that are tricky. And they also make looking out for bikes and pedestrians more difficult because of the angles.

Just a reminder that this fraudulent piece of shit never called me a single time when I was working overtime on this case, and for transparency. Not once did I hear from this fraud about the case. When I saw him at main Justice he never even mentioned it. And then when I offered to brief him at FBI HQ about this case, and others, he passed. Because he’s full of shit. I’ve met a lot of political zeroes in my time but never a bigger zero than this pinecone. I wouldn’t piss on him if he was on fire. He jumped the shark, and when the shark bit back, he cried “The Jooos,” and “Epstein!” I’ve seen him behind the scenes and he’s a pathetic, boner-phone-club VIP points member. It says a lot that the people who know him best just kicked his sorry ass out by ten points. If he wants a war with me then I’m more than happy to oblige. Because nothing he vomits out will change the fact that he’s a zero, and a performance artist.

@AlaskaBird__ @rittmeister_11 That was Trump and Vance and Bangino and Patel and Bondi who promised you those files over a year ago. I was the one who delivered them. In those files you’ll find the names Jes Staley, Leslie Wexner, Leon Black, and others that the President and his AG refuse to prosecute.

@CynicalPublius True, but then you find several posts from people visiting a veteran's grave in Arlington. I try to interact more with what I want to see and less with what I don't.

Going through my "For You" feed. There is a whole lot of crazy going on in X this morning. It's not even about actual stuff. It's all X drama and hate between users. Some guy wants everyone to pay $1 to comment on his posts. Two mega-accounts are threatening each other in a crazy cat fight. And on and on and on. Days like this are when I get a little tired of X.

When I was a young photographer I took pictures of scenery and architecture. I tried to avoid getting people into the picture. Now, in my 70s, the only things I care about in old photos are the people.

@ProsectorPath you can buy adapters that fit any and all windows for pennies on Amazon and portable AC units are so affordable they get thrown on marketplace for less than £100 and often cheaper because people don't maintain them and reckon they're "broken"

A plea agreement has been filed in a fatal OWI case involving a popular Mexican rapper accused of killing a passenger riding in a Lyft in downtown Indianapolis last year. 26-year-old Brayan Camacho Calleja, also known as rapper El Moreno Mexicano, according to official court documents, faces no more than eight years in prison. Calleja was charged in September with: - Causing death when operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - Causing death when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more - Reckless homicide - Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license - Three counts of criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon Under the plea agreement, filed last week, Calleja would plead guilty to causing death when operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and the three counts of criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. The remaining charges would be dismissed. 31-year-old Aaron Deandre Radford died in the crash at the intersection of North East and East Ohio streets around 3 a.m. Sept. 20. Court docs say Calleja was driving 94 mph through downtown just seconds before the crash and was traveling 77 mph at the time of the collision. Investigators also alleged he had a blood alcohol content of 0.108. As previously reported, Calleja is in the country illegally. He could face deportation as a result of a possible conviction. Calleja is set to be in court on June 8.
