@KLM would you please care to respond to customer concerns ever? I have my request raised almost a month ago regarding my travel on 25th August, but it's not even acknowledged yet, while you expect customers to raise any request within a week of travel. Looking 4wrd to your resp.
@SAS If am not getting any status of my bag, I am forced to proceed to next level of escalation which might mean legal proceedings as well. This Is really disheartening, and the least a customer can expect from any service provider.

Delivery on the status report usually means the bag arrived at the airport waiting to be transferred to a courier. /RP
@SAS I have been waiting for my missing bag since 5 days and the status of delivery keeps changing everyday. Why is it so hard to deliver my bag which was supposed to be on the baggage belt ideally but missed on my day of travel by the lovely baggage team. Kindly help here

@SAS I have contacted them but no response. As my airlines, it's the airline responsibility to deliver my missing baggage and it's still not with me after a week even after tracing the bag on the same day. Please consider the mental trauma we are going through.
@SAS Please look into this issue and contact the courier provider, this is really unethical to mark status as delivered without giving my baggage to me. Totally unacceptable

@bringnorge my baggage from SAS airlines was supposed to be delivered yesterday by Bring but it's not delivered. Surprisingly they have marked status as delivered. This is really bad.

@IndiaPostOffice my shipment from Germany to India was sent on 25.09.24 and it reached IndiaPost these AME day, but no further updates after that. It's an important document and we are still waiting for an update, delivery is still not done. Kindly update the status and ETA.
