@EBFNoLegs @demenishki @ChibiReviews For a lot women of low character, morality is determined by group consensus instead of principle. So, in her mind, since the friend group also betrayed him, he must be the one who had a moral failing instead of the cheater.

I think one of the largest factors of why so many "black" people today believe they experience racism is because they simply have no clue how "white" people behave with each other. "White" people tell other "white" people what to do all the time.
Krissyyyyy 👩🏾‍🎤@heykrissy_

If Black people are so aggressive and violent, why do white people feel so comfortable walking up to us trying to dictate what we do and say? Shouldn’t you be scared?

You're an average NPC in rural america prolly at some starbucks or amazon on your nightshift rage baiting move along You've done no research on the case nor do you know anything about cross examination
Psyklik@PsyklikFarms

@treyelstampede The defense obviously didn't call the victim's twin brother to the stand because it would be a horrifically dumb move that has like a 99.9% chance of hurting the defense's case. That should be obvious to anyone with a working brain.

@treyelstampede "I would've called Austin to the stand." Hence why I said I sure hope you're not a lawyer. That would be an incredibly bad move for the defense. And they did show the videos to the jury. That part you're just straight up wrong or lying about. The appeal will fail.

You do realize It was the prosecution who though he was a weak testimony and didnt want to use him you're literally answering your own questions witout answering them Folks are wondering why the defense didnt are you stupid?

@treyelstampede @JohnLBria Why would anyone think that having the victim's sympathetic genetic doppelganger on the stand would help move the jury to the defendant's side?

Well for the defense it made perfect sense because this was hunters initial testimony before they told him not to testify This didn’t make Austin look good at all

@hellcatcapital @JohnLBria So what you’re saying is up to the person who did the stabbing You’re trying to say Karmelo didn’t believe his life was in danger based on what you believed happened or half told stories Austin’s brother needs to testify and he will when they retry the case

This black guy (a Yale student, but not a dorm resident, and a stranger to me) followed me into an elevator and up to my isolated Yale dorm room. Exactly what happened to that tech CEO in Baltimore, Pava LaPere, who was murdered in October 2023. I called the Yale Police to have them just come check things out. Then, the students involved, as well as the RC's, started harassing and stalking me. They were going to be punished by Housing, so they decided to accuse me of a racist hate crime comparable to a lynching, and went to the Woke DEI Deans. They did it to avoid getting in trouble.

Again, it’s not just random ghetto accounts spouting off about things they don’t understand. There is a large body of academic work dedicated to pushing ideas like whites are not the peers of black people. That black murderers who murder on camera in front of large amounts of people are actually victims because of their skin. This woman is a Harvard educated lawyer and a professor at George Washington Law.
W. Burlette Carter@ProfWBCarter

I have not yet read the full trial transcript. But so far, I do know this. Karmelo Anthony was entitled to a jury of his peers. He did not get that. On that ground alone, he is entitled to a new trial. Minorities are not interchangeable. The prosecutor’s reported proffered reasons for striking all black jurors —that they were teachers—appears to be pretext. Anthony needs a new lawyer on appeal and in a new trial. His trial lawyer allowed in opinion evidence that should have been struck. He also seemed unable to appreciate and counter the impact of racial overtones in that case. Those overtones are clear even on Twitter commentary as folks seek to paint Metcalf as having no culpability in what happened and Karmelo as a complete monster. The facts on how the matter escalated are more complicated than that. He and they had no such authority. They are also apparent in the statements that seek to deputize Metcalf and other kids with authority to remove Anthony. They had none and initiated the conflict. That does not mean they should have been killed but it means they have explaining to do. The lawyer for Anthony apparently did not require that explaining. It is fair to ask how the Anthony’s ended up selecting that lawyer. The trial judge must be disqualified in any new trial if he actually gave an interview about the case before the appeal was considered. He has negatively affected the appeal rights of the defendant. He should know better. He should also be disqualified if he has any relationship with the Metcalf side. In a criminal trial, the prosecution has the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. The defendant does not have to prove he is not guilty. Those rules apply to everyone. They apply to Anthony.

@PsyklikFarms @memeticsisyphus @GodCloseMyEyes I called the non-emergency helpline of the Yale Police, because I was being harassed in my isolated Yale dorm room for months, and the Yale Admin and Police were aware. It turned into a global debacle, and I was allegedly trying to lynch black students at Yale via the police.

@Deadgayson51 @memeticsisyphus @Heminator 6th amendment mentions an impartial jury, and the "jury of one's peers" thing is something we carried over from English Common Law going back to the Magna Carta, like most of the finer details of our judicial system.

You are exactly right. There is an entire body of academic literature about how I am the reason that black people cannot get fair sentencing. I kid you not. As part of the Witch Hunt and BLM race hoax at Yale. There is literally a Get Sarah Braasch Killed Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry in Academia. Thousands of profs need to be fired and imprisoned for SPLC style fraud and under the KKK Act. I’ve posted extensively and made videos about this. I’m going to do a new video series of Profs who should be in Prison, starting with Yale. Schools need to be stripped of accreditation too. This has been going on for decades at this point, since the inception of critical race theory, in law schools. The law schools are the worst. I expect there will be a new batch of books and papers attacking me, following the Karmelo Anthony verdict for murdering Austin Metcalf.

Dr. Candice Matthews just dropped some receipts on Greg Lewis, the Colin County District Attorney who oversaw the prosecution of Karmelo Anthony‼️🧐 A federal lawsuit accused him of systemic sexual harassment and inappropriate touching with subordinates‼️ A $1.75 million settlement was finalized to completely resolve the case, paid by Colin County’s private insurance policy‼️🙄

@joeseewoesee @VaibhavSisinty They're using it as a name for a unit. Instead of having units for memory, processing, cooling, power, etc. they're just compressing all of that into a single "compute" unit.

Okay this is genuinely insane. SpaceX just unveiled a satellite whose only job is to run AI. Not internet. Not GPS. Just compute, floating in orbit. It's called AI1, and the reason behind it breaks your brain. AI data centers on Earth are hitting a wall, not a chip wall, a physics wall. They need staggering amounts of power and water just to stay cool, and we're running out of grid and land to build them. So Musk's answer is: stop building them on Earth. In orbit, the sun never sets. Free power, 24/7. No water for cooling, you just radiate heat into the vacuum of space. The two things choking AI on the ground barely exist up there. And here's the wild part: Musk says it's easier to build than a Starlink satellite. Strip out the complex antennas and it's "a lot of solar cells, a radiator, and some laser links." One AI1 carries the compute of an Nvidia GB300 rack, the same hardware data centers fight over down here. AI1 is just the first one. The plan is a constellation of up to a million of them. And the timing isn't an accident, SpaceX goes public this week at a ~$1.75 trillion target. This isn't a rocket company anymore. It's positioning itself as the power grid for AI, in space. The race for AI compute just left the planet. Literally. @SpaceX

@kozempic @Eternal_Le0 @ThatComicFan3 How many nations have your people been run out of completely? How many pogroms and focused genocide attempts? I'd much rather deal with slavery (my ancestors are Slavs, you know, where the name came from) and racism than outright genocide. I'd say the Jews have had it worse.
