@LookAtMyMeat1 When my steam deck broke due to exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas they fixed whatever was wrong inside and then fully refurbished it completely for free, new screen, new buttons, sent it back in a new case with a complimentary wipe + spray and a note apologising for it breaking.
