This is the Grade II-listed building destroyed by the Glasgow fire, yesterday.
It was designed by Sir John Burnet, who also created part of the British Museum and the Selfridges building on London's Oxford St.

This is Hollywood bible, Variety, putting quotation marks around the word 'involuntary'. As if John Davidson's description of tourette's was bogus. This is a man who told the Queen to F-off when she gave him his MBE and told a cancer sufferer she would die soon. The reaction to his use of the N-word at the BAFTAs has been a genuine clarifying moment.

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 15 to 17 and I see like, zero meaningful difference. It’s actually kind of hard for me to imagine what a smartphone could even DO better at this point. They can’t get any faster, the screen is crystal clear… Have we reached a phone plateau?
