10-month-old Pureit already repaired 1 paid filter replacement + an extra filter basis pureit team recommend. Just 2 months later, it stops working again and now they want another ₹2000 filter change. It is not maintenance, more like a subscription scam.@Pureit_India

This is fraud @Pureit_India is doing through it’s service providers, my machine was working fine the guy comes for a regular filter change, charges me rs 1500, as soon as he leaves the filter stops, he came thrice to fix this, now they are saying contd..

@Pureit_India installed Pureit aro month before complained about water taste not suitable to drink after3 days so complained on toll free it took 3 days to visit the person took water sample to test still no reply almost month passed tried again agin on toll free kids also faced diarrhoea problem so removed it

It’s been WEEKS and @Unilever_SL still has zero explanation for why the Pureit Germ Kill Kit is out of stock. Hundreds of thousands of Sri Lankans rely on this for CLEAN DRINKING WATER. Silence is not a strategy. Restock it or at least tell us why. So we can find an alternative! Or else as consumers we are obliged to lodge a complaint with CAA. According to the Act Unilever is required to, 1. Not mislead about availability of a safety-critical consumable, 2. Not conceal goods meant for sale 3. Provide timely information when a product central to health becomes unavailable.
