My credit card application no -2404884000134 was declined because the rating of the bank of my area is negative due to which I will not gett the card. This is told from @KotakBankLtd Gurgaon sector 31 branch . so please solve it @RBI @FinMinIndia

@HDFCBank_Cares Hi ,is it not possible if you could make it easy to either reopen application so that I can reapply through online, most importantly why I need to suffer bcz of negligence of Bank Employee, or make person visit my place for further process @HDFC_Bank @RBI @FinMinIndia
