Hey @pnbindia, your customer service is seriously pathetic. I haven't been able to pay anything via UPI for 3 months even with sufficient balance. Emails and customer care complaints are just ignored. When will this be fixed? @RBI @NPCI_NPCI @DigitalIndia #PNBIndia

I noticed that the product delivered in Dec has the same batch and expiration dates as the order I placed back in Aug. It is concerning that the same packaging is being sent out several months apart. the capsules have an awful smell this time, making them impossible to consume.
