I don’t think Darren Mougey is trying to sabotage Aaron Glenn. If anything, he’s improving the roster to eliminate any excuses if the defense doesn’t take a major step forward.

@TyDButler I know most Jets fans are done with Aaron. I will give him another shot, but I don't see him doing well. Geno Smith ain't going to save him, & Mougey is waiting for next year when he can draft a QB. This is not a great situation for Aaron, whose job security depends on it

Start with inability to throw accurately to targets moving away from him. Almost as if it’s a visualization issue. It’s the damnedest thing. But it’s real. And yes, highly frustrating because he has so many things you want in a QB.

3. Most teams don’t win in free agency so signing smart mid level deals that don’t tie you up for the long haul is a solid approach
