We're watching closely this week as we race towards the fiscal year-end, and next year's budget is finalized. New Yorkers need the MTA to receive stable and repeating revenues. This city and region runs on transit, and we need to not only maintain, but increase service!

MTA says the environmental review for the IBX will begin next month.
