They are an incredible organization that I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout my career. Their efforts to promote sustainable and equitable transportation across the Tri-State region(CT, NJ, & NY) have made a meaningful impact on communities throughout the region.

🚨 Breaking 🚨 With gas prices skyrocketing and costs of living expected to worsen, 21 organizations urge NY to fully fund transit so that New Yorkers have affordable options to get around. Failure to fully fund NYPTA this year will result in service cuts, worsening the crisis.

I joined community members, advocates and elected officials to say no to even a foot of expansion to the Cross Bronx expressway.  For too long, the Bronx has sounded the alarm. I’m proud to help lead this fight by introducing the Stop Highway Community Harm Act in the Legislature to stop highway expansions near public housing and high-asthma areas.  It is time to put people over cars, communities over congestion, and health over highways.
