A few years ago, no adjuvant RT for R+ pts was considered a sort of heresia. Now R+ pts are routinely treated with SR. In the last years robotic surgery has become a standard. Could this mean something? Has the R+ after robo-surgery a different biological meaning? #radonc #jc
