This is my favorite slide in the new @Strive deck. We’re all grateful for everything @Strategy has done to innovate in the #bitcoin treasury space. But we $ASST $SATA are building a pretty nice track record of innovating in our own right.

Our team is on a hot streak, continuously striving for excellence. Becoming the first corporation to pay daily dividends was not an easy task. It took months of work across NASDAQ requirements, DTCC mechanics, our transfer agent, lawyers, and the operational logistics of what was actually possible. Our team was faced with several "it's never been done" conversations, but relentlessly pushed. The strength, intelligence, and determination of our team can not be overstated. Despite the market headwinds, in the last 9 months we've: - Become the first Bitcoin treasury company with Preferred Equity only balance sheet - Second to IPO a perpetual preferred equity - First to establish a USD dividend reserve, and increase it while increasing our Bitcoin stack. This reserve helps us manage $SATA responsibly and support the dividend framework. - Established the highest Bitcoin amplification from preferred equity. - Successfully completed the first acquisition of a Bitcoin treasury company.

Even on a quiet week, the vacuum keeps growing. 🔄 Q1 bombshell — the mNAV sell policy: Strategy will sell some Bitcoin to buy back shares when mNAV is compressed. Fewer shares. The U.S. Senate Banking Committee is set to vote on the #CLARITYAct on May 14 at 10:30 AM EST. If passed, this could mark one of the biggest steps yet toward establishing clear crypto market structure rules in the United States. Key points: • Banks are lobbying against parts of the proposal • Crypto firms like Coinbase now support the updated language • Bipartisan negotiations are still ongoing • Final Senate approval is NOT guaranteed yet The market is finally getting closer to regulatory clarity after years of uncertainty. Great discussion, we need more debates like this! It shows what the major points of disagreements/misunderstanding from the sceptics are: 1. The preferred shares are not a product (they are) 2. Bitcoin won’t go up forever against fiat (it probably will) 3. You need new investor money to fund dividends (you don’t, BTC on balance sheet)

Zugegeben: Ich bin fasziniert, was hier gebaut wird. Die Sprengkraft? Enorm. ABER… Wer nicht in USD lebt, hat ein Problem: ~11.5% Rendite klingt stark, bis der USD gegenüber CHF/EUR wieder abschmiert und dir einen grossen Teil davon wieder wegnimmt. Am Ende ein Nullsummenspiel mit zusätzlichem Risiko. Mehr Volatilität, mehr Unsicherheit, ohne echten Mehrwert für die Europäer. 👉 Was übersehe ich?

La BNS a un problème, et Bitcoin pourrait bien être (une partie de) la solution. Oui oui, pour de vrai. Le franc suisse n’a jamais été aussi fort face à l’euro et au dollar depuis 2011. La @SNB_BNS a même rompu avec son silence protocolaire pour menacer d’intervenir sur les marchés des changes. Et les conflits en Iran et à travers la planète n'arrangent pas les choses, au contraire. Et si #Bitcoin était une alternative sérieuse à la stratégie habituelle qui commence à battre de l'aile? Sérieusement et pragmatiquement.
