@QuickBooks a client is trying to pay an invoice with a card and it keeps saying payment declined, use another method. He tried his Amex and it told him the same. Is there something going on with the system today?

Listening to my small-business-owner wife complain about @QuickBooks terrible buggy system is both enraging and empowering. "Your product breaks every month and I never get a refund." 🫣 "47 minutes to convince you to escalate this call? I asked you to do that 45min ago because your not a technical expert on this system clearly. This is like the 5th call in 3 months where you waste my time. I can't bill for this time!" 🤬 "If I order a pizza and they bring back the wrong pizza... I don't pay for it and ****ing shrug it off. I demand my money back. Why should I keep paying for an invoice system that can't invoice correctly?" 🤘 @freshbooks or @Xero ya'll got any discounts? Maybe a QBO transfer tool?

@QuickBooks my company has not been able to Login to QBO for 4 days. We have opened 4 cases and they have been closed without resolution. Please explain.

@QuickBooks have you really turned off the option to set up a direct debit to automatically collect monies from clients on a recurring basis. I don’t want to use Quickbook collections because I’m told it doesn’t work like a direct debit

@QuickBooks @QBCares I have quickbooks desktop for years and let it expire as I wanted to move remaining clients ledger. After 2 weeks my desktop says my 1 year view only is expired. I have reported this to Quickbooks who says it is a known issue and will take weeks to resolve. Unacceptable.
