.@QuickBooks call me immediately. You may just lose a customer today. 9 years as a loyal client, never one chargeback or dispute, 10's of millions of dollars processed, and you have now held all of my deposits for 2+ weeks totaling over half a million dollars. Deposits are being held simply because I requested a monthly limit increase to over $2m a month, got approved almost instantly, and you are STILL HOLDING OUR MONEY. I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ASIDE FROM INDIAN REPRESENTATIVES THAT CANNOT DO ANYTHING, THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

@QuickBooks you have the most atrocious customer service and sign-in resolution process I have ever experienced. I couldn't design a process that was more difficult and unsuccessful than you appear to have done with ease and complete disregard for customers.

Your app doesn’t work. I just subscribed and submitted my first receipt and it’s no where to be found on my account. I’m on the phone with your customer support and they have no idea. I’m an engineer and I have a lot of family that works for the government and are lawyers. We will come after you for selling us a product that doesn’t work! Please get this fixed asap and I don’t want to hear oh send us a message or a customer support will call you!

Hey @QuickBooks your new online design is awful. To get to the "Bills" page I have to click out of 4 things I don't want, that you're pushing me to try. It's delaying the page loading by seconds. I just want to see what I owe not try your AI. This is awful UX
