@QuickBooks Ticket 15159256227. Open for over a month due to a botched upgrade to a higher tier on your end, responses from the SD are taking weeks to come back, useless suggestions coming back to us, had enough. Can we get this escalated? I dont know how else to escalate this

@O2 Had an email through stating I've taken out a new o2 SIM, with my name and my email, however I have not done this. I tried to ring through to your service desk but couldn't get past security, as I haven't set this up. Where do I go to get this sorted?

@Busted Add 1 for plymouth would you... 15 seconds the tickets were sold out despite being immediately able to buy at 9am. Oh and revoke all the tickets that were on viagogo and other sites 10 seconds later for 8x the price?

@MatthewTinnelly @SkyHelpTeam Not sure, sky confirmed it’s a fault but they said it’s exchange level... not sure how as that would be local to my postcode. Downdetector.co.uk/status/sky shows it clearly, 1200 reports since 6am. Looks intermittent like dns resolver... can only guess on the outside looking in!

@SkyHelpTeam Me and several of my colleagues all using Sky fibre are having intermittent DNS resolution this morning, any issues your end guys?
