@htormey @RCharlesWhite @coinbase That's right. Play Store has really great rollout controls. App Store Connect doesn't. We ended up using a phased release, which is a scheduled percentage rollout where you don't control the schedule. But you can pause it! So we controlled the iOS rollout by pausing.

The blog post I wrote about the history of @coinbase’s mobile applications transitioning to React Native just went live. Lots of people worked hard to make this happen.

I originally painted @SugarloafMaine in 2000 and revised it in '08. It was so great to go back to Maine, to this mountain which is as cold as it is beautiful, and spend time with the locals there who are as proud of their home hill as any in any ski town I’ve ever visited.

@hannesroessler I can write in more detail about customer segmentation and the principles for producing an actionable segmentation framework if there’s interest.

A good customer segmentation is worth a thousand strategy meetings.

What an interesting graphic.

@patio11 Outlook has this feature to a degree: ‘<Person> also works with’, which exposes this graph in an interesting way (I.e., who are the information hubs outside of formal reporting structures).

I think this is a tremendous product opportunity for *someone* because while the illegibility of this information is purposeful for some people in some circumstances I think there are actually orgs which would really prefer to know. Slack/Google/Zoom/etc have the graph, right?

This is perceptive in a lot of ways: danco.substack.com/p/six-lessons-… I'd phrase the first as "Learn how your company makes decisions *for real*, and write down what you learn. Strongly consider publishing it internally."
