Day 2,through our member @KENYANATIONALD3 and with grant support from @DisabRightsFund, we provided a platform for young people to present their action plans.These plans outline what they intend to implement in their respective communities,with continued support from our members.

Our first AYP outreach at Kocholyia KMTC, Teso North reached 121 AYP with integrated HIV prevention services including HTS, PrEP sensitization, STI & TB screening, GBV awareness & condom distribution. Youth-friendly services must reach young people where they are. #YPlusKenya
