It’s going to require more CPD to ensure everyone in the team is delivering effectively and consistently. And I’m really not sure how to do this at KS4 without careful planning and re-adjusting the SOW and it feels insurmountable in 10 weeks

@LauraDeamer @mathsjem @mrbartonmaths @DrFrostMaths @OAT_Maths @MathsPadJames @StudyMaths It is very soon !! But I suppose you are going for depth not distance. To me, it feels like the additional work needed for each lesson (and it will create additional workload) will be reflected in results.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking all about the importance of language in Mathematics at @LaSalleEd #MathsConf40 in Derby! Thank you to the 30 odd people who joined for the talk! Today I'm at a wedding fair, in my other role as 'confetti connoisseur' at Ezra's Confetti, also in Derby. Busy weekend (sandwiched with hosting a birthday party for my 8 year old yesterday...) but plenty of great stuff going on!
