@Amteekae90s @VeryBadLlama There is no DEI mandate on the cast. The film fulfilled its "DEI" mandate with who they have working behind the scenes in production. Nolan was free to choose any cast he wanted and this is the cast he chose. If you are going to cry about something st least be right.

Yangchen still believed in Air Nomad values, but she also knew the Avatar’s job is to protect the world. She told Aang to kill Ozai because Ozai was too dangerous to leave alive and would keep hurting people if he survived

@paloma_datgirl He didn't spare him, the moment he could bend he unleashed his strongest lightning attack. He had every intention of killing Zuko in that moment.

One thing I still think about is why Ozai spared Zuko here after what he saw as open defiance. Why burn and banish him instead of killing him?

@MDIntel44 @Yesavage2HOF So dont use him in that role. I wouldn't bring Spencer Miles in a one run game in the ninth when I still have Rogers, Varland or Fluharty as options either. But Hoffman with a 2 run lead in the 7th against the 7-8-9 batters is a great use for him.

@uniquemoviemom His fighting style would have been worthless by turning. The entire concept was to redirect the dark side aggression back at his enemy, the more they threw at him the stronger he became. By embracing it instead of sending it back his style would have been less effective.

Imagine if Windu had turned to the dark side and became a Sith Lord, he would have been unstoppable with his fighting style and rage, and he wouldn't be the first sith lord with a purple lightsaber 😆

I'm not saying it's going to happen. But this is the only chance Edmonton's ever going to have to get a first overall pick for Connor McDavid. And it's McDavid's only chance to be traded to a team with a 1st overall pick in-hand, lessening what he'd pull from the roster. You know McDavid's always had Toronto in the back of his mind... and if he's gonna do it, he'd probably prefer to attempt it while Matthews is under contract. There's no way this idea only exists online. It's occurred to everyone involved. Question is... where's everyone's head at?
