So apparently the reason Macron was slapped in the face by his wife, was because he was being overly friendly and flirty with Iranian actress and leftist Golshifteh Farahani. According to French media he allegedly sent her a message saying "I find you very pretty", which caused Brigitte to explode in anger. I strongly dislike everyone involved in this story and wish them all the worst. They deserve each other. I hope the story is true and that they all feel embarrassed. What a circus.
