Perhaps before providing a single additional penny in aid our elected officials should actually provide a precise accounting of where the money already provided has gone? What are our objectives? What is the limit of aid we are willing to provide? What are the objective metrics being used to measure the efficacy of our aid? Or, are the American taxpayers just being treated like a bottomless pit of money (debt)?
