@RailwaySeva BSB स्टेशन के AC लाउंज में हाथ में गहरी चोट लगी, खून बह रहा था।मैंने तुरंत लाउंज के काउंटर पर मेडिकल सहायता पूछी, जवाब मिला रेलवे मेडिकल शायद बंद है।एक व्यक्ति मदद को आया, लगा रेलवे मेडिकल ले जा रहा है, पर बाहर प्राइवेट क्लिनिक ले गया (डॉ. संतोष), वहाँ 3 टांके लगे, ₹600 खर्च हुए

यह आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि BSB/CML में चिकित्सीय सहायता की मांग या सूचना मिलने पर रेलवे मण्डल चिकित्सालय से डॉक्टर भेजकर स्टेशन पर इलाज उपलब्ध कराता है। रेल मदद संदर्भ संख्या प्राप्त होने पर तुरंत DY/SS/COMM को सूचित किया गया था, लेकिन यात्री द्वारा निजी इलाज कराया जा चुका था। सॉफे की तत्काल मरम्मत या परिवर्तन के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है, एवं वाणिज्य निरीक्षक को भी इसे सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है।
