On the Amritsar–Jamnagar highway in Rajasthan, your NHAI toll barrier gave my car a scratch. Why aren’t the sensors set properly?
Sometimes the barrier stays open, sometimes it keeps opening and closing.
I’ve seen this across the entire highway this time the barrier was open and suddenly came down! @NHAI_Official

@schandrabxr @airindia I’m happy with Air India’s action. Most passengers carry a laptop plus a large cabin bag, which often leaves no space in the overhead bins for those who board last. Airlines should strictly enforce a 'one cabin bag' policy

Very disappointing experience with @airindia on Flight AI2772 at Kolkata.
I had only ONE cabin bag + laptop and approached the counter only for a printed boarding pass despite having DigiYatra. The counter staff rudely insisted on checking in my cabin bag even after I explained it contained fragile items and that I needed a quick airport exit.
When I said I would proceed to the gate using DigiYatra, my seat was marked as “overweight baggage” in the system. At the boarding gate I was stopped, a weighing machine was brought, and my cabin bag was forcibly taken for check-in.
Unnecessary harassment, rude behaviour and very poor passenger handling. Extremely disappointed. This is not the service expected from Air India.

@Manik_M_Jolly @airindia @AirIndiaX Even I faced a similar issue. Air India website is not properly integrated with AIX. So If you book tickets through Air India website you can't web checkin the Air India express flight, It always shows some error

Dear @airindia @AirIndiaX - this is a case of cheating.
I booked my flight from Bangalore to Mumbai in Premier Economy on your app. When I reach airport, I’m told that this flight is Air India Express and does not have premium economy and my ticket is economy class only.
Why would you cheat like this ? I’m not sure if it’s some technical glitch or purposeful, but we pay extra for some comforts that obviously you cannot provide even after charging for it.
I’d request you kindly make it clear during the booking rather than doing these cheap stunts. I’m sure there’s some law under which you’re liable to compensate me for the harassment and embarrassment I had to face trying to prove to your staff at the check-in counter that my ticket is PE and not economy as it was showing to them. Once the booking had been made, there’s no proof of booking process per se to be honest.
But given the record of common man’s fight against corporations in this country, I’ve decided to just intimate you and request to modify your systems and be more transparent.
Also, you can’t web check in Air India express fights. Which I know now. What’s the logic behind that ?
Anyway, thanks but no thanks.

This is becoming a pattern now with Amazon. This is the 2nd time in 1 month that I’m facing item theft at warehouse/delivery agent level.
My parents accepted this package but when I checked it was already tempered (taped) and 2 out of 3 items worth ₹8K missing.
Shopping med-high value items with Amazon has become a pathetic experience now and they’re refusing to fix the rot in their system.
It’s super frustrating to have to film every high value delivery these days😡

My brother-in-law had a flight on Saturday from Ahmedabad to Delhi.
IndiGo cancelled the flight citing “operational reasons.”
When he contacted them, the default response was: full refund, please book another ticket yourself.
He pushed back and clearly asked for re-accommodation on the next available Delhi flight, instead of a refund.
The response stayed the same: not possible, we can issue full refund. Please book flight yourself.
After continuous arguing, suddenly it became possible and they booked him on a flight 4 hours later.
So here’s the real question to IndiGo:
Why not ask the customer upfront what they want?
Why force a refund and make passengers rebook on your own fault risking higher fares, seat unavailability, and ruined plans?
Refunds don’t fix disrupted schedules.
Re-accommodation does ( upto some extent atleast)
Stop trying to pass the inconvenience (and cost) back to the customer after cancelling flights due to your failure.
Do better.

Absolutely pathetic experience with @IndiGo6E.Flight 6E 6618 NAG–DEL delayed endlessly. No confirmation, no accommodation. They want passengers to sleep on the airport floor, even with elderly parents. Pnr JYLU2N.This is harassment, not service. @DGCAIndia @Ministry_CA

1st Make my trip charged me a cancellation fee for a cancelled flight, then After calling customer care they refunded the Cancellation fee, Again I had to make another call to get a refund of the Convenience fee.

The biggest winner in the ongoing #Indigo crisis is @makemytrip
It first made us book indigo flights.. charged "convenience fee". Then retained their fee when tickets were cancelled by Indigo. 700 rupees made on every ticket! Indigo cancelled some 900 crore worth ticket and MMT ciphoned 80 crore plus in this scheme.

@trakinenglish I don’t mind the battery capacity; my only requirement is that the phone should last a full day on a single charge. If Apple manages to provide full-day backup with a 2000 mAh battery, I don’t mind it. The same goes for Chinese mobiles.
